The cherry has been popped!

Hello!

I have FINALLY started my blog! Yes I know… it was about time. I DID have some obstacles to overcome tho like not being able to create an account or have any pics of my activities to post! But as you can see I accomplished one of the two. =)

I attempted to create an account yesterday via the Woodsy's iBook, but for some reason the website did not like the browser I was using. Damn the IE and Apple combination! After an hour and a half of troubleshooting, I gave up to focus on more interesting activities - like showering. *cough* Ok ok you got me, I wasn't really troubleshooting as I was actually screwing around online. It's been a while since I just vegged online. A girl needs to catch up on e-mail, porn, gossip, and the upcoming Halloween activities, alright! Well I did decided to try to create an account today using a PC. Tah Dah! It worked out perfectly and here I am.

As far as the pics go, I don't have any from this past weekend. I originally had planned to snap a few of me with some trannies at Dragstrip, but that was a bust - the batteries died as I tried to take a pic with Koko! Damn it! The Photo Gods just were not on my side that evening because that pic would have been good.

Oh well… here is a weekend recap for those of you who care…

Friday night was a bust as I was running behind due to me getting out of work late. V was tired and decided to stay in so I hung out with V for a few at her place to catch up on what was going on in each other's lives. V did have a chance to sit in Betina where I introduced her to Avenue D. Do I look like a slut?!

Saturday afternoon was filled with me going through bags of my crap that had been gathering dust in the garage since the big move. Woods and I decided to head up to LA for Dragstrip late in the evening. It was Betina's inaugural drive up to my favorite city. I think we got to La La Land about 11:15pm and made it into club about 11:30pm. Not even five minutes into the lobby, we run into Armando and his crew. Hellos and introductions were exchanged and I was off to have a beer - and boy did I need one after the past week! The club was mixed as always - lesbians, straights, trannies, drag queens, bi's, Silverlake & WeHo spots, and, of course, out of town gays! A finished beer and a dance later the stage show started with MC Gina doing her usual thing. The show ran long due to Elaine Lancaster bombarding the stage with her crap about hosting the PETA show with Pam Anderson. Elaine is a flawless looking queen, but unfortunately had a flawed stage presence. The arrogance was laid on thick with the word "bitch" being used over and over again. I must say that is my first time I have laid my eyes on an arrogant drag queen. I have encounter many drag queens who were bitchy, sarcastic, drunk… but never arrogant. Needless to say the intoxicated fags were yelling for her to get off the stage. The show ended and I continued my observations.

One of the highlights of the night was being molested by three passing drag queens as I hung out in the hallway alone. They told me I was "looking all innocent" as they groped me. You all know that I am anything but innocent so I quite enjoyed the groping! Of course, not one thought in my mind was to take a pic. Damn! An opportunity missed… oh well, next time. The night ended with Woods and I making our way over to WeHo for a late night snack at Los Tacos - OMG, the beans are awesome. *calms down*

To end the weekend, I caught a screening of "The Aristocrats" at the Landmark Hillcrest. Well so much for the hype, I was a bit disappointed. Even tho the reviews claimed it was "fall out of your chair funny", I didn't fall out of my chair. It wasn't complete shit tho, there were some good parts which I laughed at - like the South Park retelling of the joke and Robin Williams' two cents. It could have been worse, right?!

There you have it, my first blog entry. Not sure when I will have another one. Hopefully I will have some good things to write about as I will be attending the Garbage concert this week. I am still trying to decide if I should go see "Clue" on Friday night at the NuArt or the original "Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory" in La Jolla.

Decisions, decisions!

Is this what you were doing when you were supposed to be working? No wonder they are screening your ass! I have to say I was hoping for something a bit more risqué when the title mention popped and cherry, but still entertaining.
